We went to Monterrey's for a bridal luncheon on 10/21 because our bride LOVES Mexican food! A friend and I arrived a little before the rest of the party so we went to the bar for margaritas. We asked the bartender what the special was for the day (house margarita) and decided to each order one. It turned out to only be $3! Needless to say, our table ordered several pitchers when they arrived.

The atmosphere wasn't very "authentic" and it would definitely be considered a casual dining spot- but the food made up for that. The cheese dip, ground beef tacos, and chicken quesadilla were excellent. Service was good and the building wasn't too crowded. Great (cheap!) little spot in Augusta- would definitely go back!
