Provided by YPmobileI had called this morning Monday April 18th. To see about having my car worked on by you all. Unfortunately the call got dropped . I then ended up having a voicemail from Steven that was rather unprofessional and rather rude. I think I will look elsewhere for a more professional shop. This is rather unfortunate for the business because it was going to be several thousand dollars worth of work to be done.

Provided by YP.comNew Life Auto may not look like much from the street; so, let me inform you about it since I had been taking my 98 Tahoe here for years & now I take my 06 Hummer H2 in periodically. New Life is basically a one man shop operated by the business owner (Steve) with assistance at times from his nephew. You will receive an honest quote from Steve, a fair competitive charge or lower than most places, and Steve knows & repairs vehicles from top to bottom. I have seen him rebuild vehicles from the naked frame up with it ending up as an excellent running vehicle; Steve knows his stuff. Steve stands behind his work & customers; you will not get burned or ever regret taking your vehicle to Steve. New Life is located right at the 13th St. bridge in downtown Augusta.
