I have used Peel Home inspections twice this year and the first saved me from buying a money pit of a house. My second review was just as thorough as the first and pointed out many things that I had not seen myself. They we not things that have stopped me from buying the house but rather provided me with a to do list with out having to find these things on my own. Highly professional and competent.

Highly recommend Mr. Peel! Very, very thorough and professional. Mr. Peel allowed me to follow him throughout his inspection, and answered every question I threw his way. During the inspection, Mr. Peel found black mold that I would have never have seen. would HIGHLY recommend Peel Home Inspections!

Peel Home Inspections were prompt in their inspection. Wonderful job in their display of what they inspected. Failed miserably in pointing out costly repairs. I spent almost $7000. in moisture control, french drains, mortar repair & interior ceiling repair in the first month after buying this home. I asked PHI to review these issues with me at the home, they refused. I asked for a refund, and yes I have never heard from them again. This was a 3 year old house, I would't reccommend them even to inspect a dog house. Be smart pay a buiding contractor or two, they have knowledge.
