I ordered flowers from FTD.com and apparently that company contracts their deliveries for this area to Petals and More. First of all, the flowers were late as the fine print says it will be delivered by 5 to businesses. It wasn't.



When the flowers did get there, there was no water in the vase because it had fallen over in the delivery person's car. Several of the roses were torn.



I called the store not intending to try and get a refund or anything but just to advise them that this situation happened. The whole phone call was "Yep, nope, ok...?, and?" I don't know if I got a response longer than three words the whole phone call. Add that to the fact that I heard the delivery woman yelling in the background trying to dispute it the whole time and let's just say I won't be back or ordering anything from any company who deals with this one.

This is a great florist that serves the Augusta and surrounding area. Beautiful work.
