This place is awful! The people were not friendly at all and they were very picky and unhelpful . They didn't want to buy anything unless it was new or had tags on it . I will never go back to this place again!

It seems like each time I go to Plato's Closet, the customer service gets worse and worse.

My last visit will probably keep me from ever going back. I needed a fitting room and all of the girls working were standing behind the counter chit-chatting, so I walked up and asked for a fitting room. One of the girls LOOKED AT ME and then turned back to the conversation. I asked again, louder, and another girl rolled her eyes (seriously) and then slumped over to unlock a room for me without ever saying a word.

Unbelievable. My friends and I were flabbergasted.

Girls- I hope your manager reads this, because I'm sure you're losing business every day.
