Service is horrible!

Every time, busy or slow, service is in the dumps.

Employees stand around. When you finally get to the counter, they walk off right in the middle of your order. Kindergartens kids could do better

worst place ever!

I waited 20 minets on a ham egg and cheese and still didn't get it.I had to walk out.I gave them my money and got nothing in return.

I will never go back there again.

I eat here, 1 time per YEAR. Just to see if it is still as bad as it is. For me, THEY never get it right.

They tried to charge me $1.50 for a cup of water one time.

Last time, Nov. 08 I ordered a sausage biscuit, the sign in large letters up front shows $1.49, the sign off to the right, and very small letters shows, $2.49.

Needless to say, I was charged the $2.49.

I will go back in Nov. of 09 to see if they have improved.
