Cute shoes, okay prices, but poor customer service and even poorer return policy. I sometimes change my mind or lose a receipt, but if you do, you're stuck with the shoe. This is 2012 - they should have sales records on the computer..I've bought a lot there over the years, but I think I'm done after the last experience. Too many alternatives with more flexible return policies.
