Unlimited Residential (UR) sent a couple of their folks to my house in mid-December to do some electrical modifications on one of my outdoor lights that had stopped working. This was the fourth job UR did for us in 2012--and by far the smallest. As always, they were on time, quick, efficient, professional, and courteous. They repaired my light and charged me a reasonable price. I continue to be impressed with this company's versatility and integrity. Over the past year, they have performed a wide range of jobs for us--from paint touch-ups to complete bathroom remodeling--and have followed a consistent pattern in all of them. Specifically, they are knowledgeable, skilled, prompt, and thorough. They honor time frames and deadlines, and their crews are friendly and respectful. Having worked with Eric, Glenn, Sandra, Scott, and their folks at UR for a year now, my wife and I feel very comfortable in knowing that we can turn to them for virtually any home-related repairs, painting, construction, remodeling, etc. I'm pleased to be able to tell you that they have left a lasting, positive impression on us, and we are grateful for that. I had a lengthy, diverse list of "handyman" repairs--mostly small, but a couple of fairly significant ones. They gave me a fair price, scheduled me within two weeks, showed up as promised, and (most importantly) got everything completed in less than two days.Their specialists were friendly, efficent, and professional, and they worked well together as a team. When we ran into complications with a couple of the items, they worked through the issues with me without hesitation until we reached a satisfactory resolution--again, all within two days.I'm pleased with their ability to address a wide range of projects--big and small. After living in the Augusta area for 23 years, it looks like I've finally found a dependable, top quality home repair company.
