FMI is one of the worst doctors office experiences I've ever had. I rarely ever get a call back within the 24hr period the voice recording I always get says will happen after I've been put on hold just to make an appointment to see a doctor. When I actually do manage to get an appointment to see someone staff is always friendly, but it shouldn't take several days to reach someone. I very rarely want to go to the doctor. It's always last resort . A must. So it'd be nice if patients were taken more seriously and someone answered the phone every once in awhile.
