I recently purchased a new Seadoo from J & M Camper and I could not have asked for better Seadoo availability, professional advice on the best machine for me, price and ease of purchase. I dealt with two sales people (one on the phone and another on the day of pick up) and a mechanic who oriented me to the machine. Each of them was pleasant and professional. I have already recommended them to a friend who had a similar purchasing experience. I recommend them to everyone. Dave Weatherbee

We have purchased several boats from Jeff at J&M Camper & Marine. They have them ready for us at the cottage every spring and pick them up every fall. They maintain, service, detail and store all of our boats and Sea-Doo's. When we were ready for a new pontoon boat last year, Jeff brought is own boat for us to try and we loved it so much we ordered one just like it. Our new Bennington boat with the Yamaha outboard has been a wonderful addition to our fleet. My dad actually bought campers from Jeff's dad back in the 70's and 80's. Two generations of our family purchasing our toys from two generations at J&M Camper & Marine. Thanks Jeff, Ron & Ernestine from the entire Ladd family.

This place is the WORST! Place to ever do business with, the sales and parts employees we not helpful and when asked a question they just looked at you like you were stupid so I asked to talk with the to owner and he came out all belligerent yelling and swearing at me my personal opinion I would never do business with company again. If you want to get treated less then human by all means come here!

My experience with J&M Camper was lackluster at best. It began when I called to inquire about Warranty service for my new Seadoo, where the first comment out of the owners mouth was "you should have bought your boat Here". When I dropped off the boat, Jeff was quick to note that the charge would be $50 right off the top and couldn't provide me with a timeframe for repair. Uneasy, I left and contacted the office 3 days later to be told that a part had been ordered, but no one could provide me with the details of the repair. I called yet again on day 5 and was told that they had no information and that someone would return my call. Two hours later my boat was mysteriously ready, yet noone could once again explain the defect despite my inquiry. We picked up the boat today and dropped it in the water. The floor of my boat was filthy with bootprints. All attempts to start the repaired engine failed and the boat was dead in the water. Please don't waste your time with this establishment.
