I went to this party city and purchased three mylar balloons for my daughters birthday. They put them into a "transport bag" for me. When I opend the bag one of them popped right down the middle of the "Elsa" balloon. The bag was NOT ripped. I called Party City and the young man who helped me in the store, answered the phone. I told him about my experience. He tells me that I must have done something, that balloons don't just pop unless you put pressure on them and I must have leaned it up against something. I told him I did not I was very careful as this was a "Frozen" party and that was one of the main decorations. He then said to me "well if this conversation had gone better and you weren't so 'attitudy' maybe we could have worked something out, but becasue I had an attitude he would do nothing. Hows that for customer service???!!!! There would be zero stars lit up but this site makes you light up at least one to move forward...
