Provided by YP.comPatricia takes brides money and instead of purchasing your gown on time, orders gowns for other brides that she was supposed to order from months before. Then, when she gets enough money from others, will order yours, LATE! Her employee Kathleen, confessed this to us. When she got my order wrong I demanded my money back and she said she didn't have it, that she would get my dresses to me THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING!

Provided by YP.comWOW, I just couldn't believe it. What a selection of dresses. Patricia Buck was just wonderful. She was very helpful and knew just what I was looking for. I couldn't believe the selections, just thousands of dresses. Well worth the drive. I love my dress.

Provided by YP.comI would never recommend Patricia Buck Bridal to anyone. I odered my daughter's dress on 8/17/07 and was told that the dress would take 6 to 8 weeks to deliver. I gave them 10 weeks and I called and was told the dress was not in yet and they told me that they would call the designer and find out where it was. They then called me back and said it would be in in 2 weeks, so I gave them 4 weeks and called back again just to find out the dress was not in yet and they were not expecting it to be in until November 30th or sooner. They knew that I needed this dress to be completed by December 21st becuase the wedding is in Connecticut and I was going out of town by the date. Now here it is November 30th, I just got the dress and have 2 weeks to get it altered! When I spoke to the owner, she did nothing for me to fix the problem or satisfy me in anyway. She just threated that she was taping the call which is againist the law! She did nothing for me and actually said she would cancel my dress! Instead of just trying to resolve the issue, that was her answer! I called another Bridal Place and he said that the dress should not have taken that long! We were actually going to go through them, which I should have, and he called right in front of me and the designer said that it would only take 6-8 weeks.
Point is, she forgot to order it! That is what really happened and she had to scrammble around to order it and have it rushed to her. EXTREMELY poor service. Not to mention the place is in aweful condition! It is a mess in there and you can't find anything! She does not care about her customers! Do yourselves a favor and find someone else! TRUST ME, you are better off!
