The bottomless fries are just a marketing term, unless you like to eat the rest of your cold burger with fries they eventually and reluctantly serve. After your order is served, the servers disappear until it's time to deliver your check. Refills are useless after your meal and the portions of refillable things are so small that you really need it. Every time I tag along with someone who wants to go here, the story is the same...

red robins food is gross and there employees are very rude

I have been taking my family to Red Robin for years. It has always been the place my children chose for a get-together in Phoenix. We moved to Maine and were ecstatic that a Red Robin opened up in Augusta. The Teriyaki Burgers are out of this world! Although the birthday song is different than in AZ, it is still our top of the list hang out for special occasions or just a night out for a good burger.
