I called the shop first and explained my issue and Kris suggested I bring it in, so I did. He did a thorough exam and bottom line it was my error. Essentially, he could have charged me for a bunch of things I already had. Instead, he was honest and truthful. I know if I ever have ANY computer needs in the future, I will only be going to Wicked Fast. D. Farris
