Took my suitcase in to fix the handle. He told me that he would have to take out stitching, put in a new strap and a new metal ring. Unfortunately we trusted that to be the case but what he did was pinch a metal ring together that probably won't hold and chg me $20. Stay away from this place. Rip off!!!!!!
