My kitchen dining area is bigger than their reception area. Their SI project manager and VP of SI operations dress like the homeless. I made an appointment for an an interview a week in advance. Then they double booked me with some car salesmen and tossed me to the curb like a piece of garbage. A whole 5 minute interview. Wow, I thought they were professionals. My BAD! They are not even a player for major security manufacturer’s.They can’t buy from them. They need to buy from a reputable security company for their equipment and can’t even supply certified tech support because they are not certified to begin with. Mom and Pop business at best!

Having worked for various other security companies, I have found that Advantage Security is the best for several reasons. They have a highly professional office staff, an excellent management team, and many quality guards. I would recommend Advantage Security without reservation to any potential clients or persons seeking employment. You will not be disappointed.

I worked for this company for several months for terrible pay and poor benefits until I was finally able to begin a career in law enforcement. Upon arriving for my first day of employment I was told by a few in management that , "We are all family here!". I shudder to think what their definition of 'family' must be. Several questionable incidents occurred in regards to this companies sense of duty and business ethics. The final straw was when a very close relative of mine fell very ill and I was told that if I left the company on leave then I shouldn't return. So I did. I made several friends there before I left however and they all had horror stories of their own to tell before they finally just quit or found far more professional employment like I was able to do. I remember in the orientation class that I took of being informed that security officers were 'central' and the 'base' of the company. In hindsight I cannot possibly see how he could say that to us with a straight face!
