Kirk's car was was towed into our shop for a no start after charging the completely dead battery the car started up immediately revealing the car's fuel gauge was also on empty we filled the car and tested it for three days with zero problems we returned the car to Kirk charging him for only a hour and a half of labor the gas that was put into his vehicle and the tow upon returning the car, Kirk was told that we did not encounter any problems and the if he were to encounter them again to bring it back and we will look at it again for no charge Kirk has not brought the car back so with that being said we are sorry that he feels that way but we at Alan's stand behind our work and strive to satisfy our customer's concerns

I took my car to Alan's Automotive for some work and it was the worst expererice i've very had in a machanic. He never fixed a problem that he said he fixed. He basically riped me off.

Alan/Alan's Auto is the only mechanic who had worked on my Saturn since I bought it in 2001. I trust Alan's Auto because Alan has always explained everything he finds that needs to be done on my vehicle and then prioritizes the repairs and gives me "guesstimates" as to how much longer the vehicle will be safe before each repair needs to be done, which ranges from three months to a year. Alan's prices have always been competitive, and mostly less than other mechanics charge and repairs are done timely. As far as I'm concerned, Alan's Auto is the best car maintenance and repair mechanic I've found in the 38 years I've been in Denver.Edit - Delete
