Not only exceptional customer service but the gentleman that I talked with (Chris Rossman) was extremely professional and compassionate. My home had just been burglarized and was feeling very negative in general with society. I had to have all locks re keyed and before I arrived I thought I was going to be robbed again. Chris was so kind and the prices were unbelievably fair. I will never use anyone else for this type of work and will be recommending this business and relating my treatment to everyone!!

Took two ATM's in to have a new lock put on and another lock opened. Spoke with Tony. From the start Tony was cocky, arrogant, sarcastic. So I was sarcastic back. Turn around time was great had the ATM's back the next day. Went in to pick up the ATM's and no lock on one of the ATMs? Tony neglected to tell me that he had to drill the lock off to open it. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Tony continued at this time to be cocky and sarcastic. When I informed him and his other co-worker of Tony attitude. I would have expected Tony to apologize. Had he done so I would have bought a new lock from him. His reaction was to chuckle and smirk at me. So I told Tony and the man helping me that I would conclude business with you and go else where. When I paid for the time and labor and advised Tony that I hope he can find some customer service skills. Tony still offered no apology but his co worker (who was working with someone else) did. Tony may be good at his job but needs to find something else to do because he dose not belong in the service industry. If I ran my business that way I would have no customers. Locksmiths in general already have a questionable reputation by trade. Tony helped solidify that with me.

This Company is great. They helped me out when I was in a bind and fix my key so that it would work when I first got the car. Awesome!!

absolutly terrible, these people are absolutly the worst, terrible craftsmenship, they damage your property, worse then hiring a drunk off colfax with a big hammer, and they rip you off with the highest prices in town. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are the biggest crooks I have ever seen. True ripoff artist that are so overpriced that it should be considered robbery. They don't have set pricing but make it up as they go - whatever they can get preying on a customers helplessness.

They did a great job and I can trust them. Especially since the house was just broken into & they were able to get here really quick to help put me at ease.
