I recently visited the store the arc thrift store on parker and peoria and I had the worst experience of my life I use to go there a lot but now things have turned around the manager seems to be racist there is a woman name roxanne she is just straight out rude. first off I was just wondering where the children's clothes were located .don't cuss me out in front of my child that is beyond rude and disrespectful. I don't even want to get started on the new manager, its 2011 why do you need to be racist. take it from me and my experience don't shop at the store there is other arcs out there that will treat you equally and will not be racist and will not disrespect you in front of your 2 year old daughter

Clean, orderly store. Lots of books and toys.
