I took my truck in last week for an estimate on a dent in the tailgate. I was told they wouldn't give me an estimate unless I first paid $25 which would be applied toward the repair if I got it done there. The guy said the owner made the decision a while back to charge for estimates because they were tired of people getting estimates for court and never getting the work done. Ummm....that's the nature of your business; you give estimates and people decide to go with you or not. I didn't pay and instead went elsewhere. I got 2 estimates the same morning and picked the more expensive one actually because I like that shop the best. I paid 50% down and left the tailgate there. The work should be done tomorrow. Aurora Collision missed out on some legit business.

I been going to Aurora Collision for five years, Get great service. When we had our wreck I call Phill and he set up the wrecker service for me. one thing less to worry about. They always call to make sure we understand what the Ins. company is paying for and how long it will take to repair.

This is the best repair shop I have ever been to. When I had my accident in Aurora I had no idea where to take my car. I looked up repair shops in Aurora and ACC had the BEST reviews and I now know why. They treat you like your family and they do not beat around the bush and give you car a "quick fix." They explained to me what they had to do why and how. I have never felt so welcomed anywhere. Tammy was so helpful and a complete joy to work with, and Phil was amazing on going the extra mile to make sure my car was PERFECT. I will never take my car anywhere else and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACC if you want QUALITY and COSTUMER SERVICE to be apart of your vehicles repairs. : )

Great customer service! Tammi is really friendly and personable. They worked out all the details with my insurance company and they fixed my car really fast. I would recommend this to place to others.

I would highly recommend this shop. I was referred to this shop by my repair facility; Aurora Hills Tire and Automotive. I will say that I am usually very apprehensive about new shops, but Aurora Collision put me at ease almost immediately. Tammy did a great job of letting me know exactly how things were going to go and was very informative with her estimate. After agreeing to have repairs done there, Phil made me feel even better because of him keeping me completely in the loop. He told me about his conversations with my insurance company as well as any incidentals that may be required. I will always return to Aurora Collision Center for all of my body repair needs. After having a very dismal experience with a different local Denver autobody shop and not being satisfied with their work, we requested our vehicle be fixed properly by Phil @ ACC. Amazing work - ACC completed an addtional 1900.00 in work on my vehicle after the first shop completed about 1500.00. To my amazement Phil even identified and repaired frame damage that the first shop overlooked. ACC is now my first choice when I need work on my beloved FJ. Phil and his stafff are always extremely professional and honest. THANK YOU for putting me and my family back into our FJ and making sure all aspects of the vehicle were fixed properly.

I checked with several other shops before ACC. ACC was not the lowest for cost, but the estimate was in the middle range, the quality however was FIRST RATE! Phil has once again done a great job using original Honda parts to repair my civic. Looks like it came off the show room floor, it was even cleaned. WOW! * In the future Phil @ ACC will be my first and only call for auto body repairs. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!

Phil and Tammy at Aurora Collision Center are awesome! I have taken both of my cars to them over the years and I have always be extremely satisfied with the quality of the work that they do. The best part is when you pick up your car has been washed and detailed. The new Crash Rewards card is also a great incentive.

I have known Phil for many years and have had the pleasure of interacting with him for both business and personal repairs. He has done everything from painting small parts to doing extensive body and paint work for me. The work is always top-notch. Phil's shop is not a "big-box" production line; his is a tightly run, organized operation. Every employee has a persistent attention to detail and is trained and proficient in the most modern repair techniques. Phil's experience and business ethics also lend a major advantage when dealing with insurance companies. Often insurance companies want to "cut corners" to keep repair costs down. Phil will not allow a vehicle to leave his shop until it is absolutely right. If that means going to bat against the insurance company, he'll do it for you. Without question, Aurora Collision Center is the best choice for your paint and body work needs.

The first time at Aurora Collision Center was quite by accident! :) The emotional impact of being without a car due to an accident is so difficult and it helps when you know your car is in good hands with Phil. My car was new...I had had it for 6 months....and I was concerned that the paint wouldn't match or I would hear a rattle all the time. It has been 3 years now and the paint still matches and no rattle!! We have been repeat customers, and I wouldn't trust any vehicle in our family to anyone else but Phil! Thanks for the honesty and integrity!! I hope it is a long, long time before we see you again after picking up the purple car tomorrow!

People here are so friendly. I was soon talking to the owner. Aurora Collision bend over backwards to make a difficult situation very pleasant. They took care of the headache of contacting my insurance company. Their work was of very high quality. They communicated with us during every step. That is why we are repeat customers and will continue to see them in the future. Highly Recommended!

Came here for repairs to my Honda....the insurance company tried to direct me to a low rent place, but Aurora Collision is the best! The owner personally greeted me, called me regularly with updates, and got the job done on budget and ahead of time. This place is full service and quality, and they care about quality. They treat me like family!

The door pins and phlanges on the drivers door of my Chevy S-10 were wearing out. The Aurora Collision center did a great job getting me on their schedule and fixing the problem on November 10, 2010!

Everyone at Aurora Collision Center was very friendly and helpful! I had never been in an accident before, and they helped me through the whole process even making sure the rental car company came to pick me up on time.
