They listened to what I wanted to do and they did exactly what I asked for. Also, they let me know how my dogs did.

My dogs look Good! They are just greet. They trim them just enough and the dogs are very good while they are there. I have been coming here for over 4 yrs.

Brittany again does both our dogs. They love her and she says they are very good for her. Bath, cut teeth brush and nail trim. They are very close to us which is so handy

Sarah G was Lola's groomer today. She was so fast with Lola's haircut. She groomed her exactly how I asked, and Lola was finished within 1 1/2 hours. She looked great when I picked her up! Thank you Sarah G! We will be back in 6 weeks to see you again!

I was very happy with the grooming of my dog. Sarah even used a conditioner for my dog's coat because she is a Silky Terrier and I forgot to ask for it. They really take care of the animals in their care.

Caylin ( I hope I have spelled that correctly) is a friendly, skilled groomer who always has a smile. She is patient and always welcomes our interruption for nail clipping. I plan to make a grooming appointment with Caylin soon.

The ladies were so compassionate when we dropped off our Bichon for her grooming. We went over the cut and details we wanted to see, and we told it would be about 3 hours before she would be ready. We got a call and was told she was just about ready, it was just at the 3 hour mark. We got there and she was beautiful and groomed just as we discussed. She seemed so happy to be all cleaned up!

They were great. Nala is nuts and they did a great job even with her craziness. Thank you so much for the great service.

Incredibly friendly staff, squeezed us in with a last minute appointment, Izzy was super soft and smelled great. I think she enjoyed her first spa day :)

I used to just schedule appointments w/ whoever was available until Kailyn cut my dogs hair. She did an amazing job and is just a happy, pleasant person to talk to.

Everytime we take George in we have a positive experience. They work with our busy schedule to get him in. They are attentive to his needs and making sure that he does not get to stressed out while getting groomed. He always comes out looking fantastic!

Great staff they are always friendly and treat my dog well. He looks good when I pick him up. They have several cages to keep the dogs separated so they isn't any fighting and the shop is always as clean as possible for a groomer.

I who was able to get an appointment at my required time easily the groomer was very courteous about working around my schedule staff is friendly and good with my dogs the staff that I work with always listen to my needs and my desired way of cutting my dog's hair in a particular way and the location is very convenient to my home

The staff at Aurora Pet Grooming was very friendly when I called to make Charlie's appointment. They got Charlie in within 3 or 4 days and when I got there for his appointment, they greeted me right away and were very friendly. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I've brought Charlie in, and they always do a great job, Charlie seems happy and they are very affordable. I left our old groomer because she charged way too much, and always shaved Charlie down to the skin. He's a maltipoo, and his hair does get matted especially when we don't brush him weekly. Aurora Pet Grooming does a great job of not shaving Charlie down to skin, even when those mats get pretty bad. I am really pleased, especially with Sarah. Thanks!

Misty has been grooming my Maltese - Sassy since she was just a little puppy. She provides loving, professional care and is very good to look the pet over. She has spotted health issues that I needed to vet her for in places I would not normally check out twice.Misty is the best and the dog salon is very cute. I prefer it over the big mass production grooming salons. They are very good to work people in if at all possible and all the staff are always friendly, polite and professional.

My little guy desperately needed a good grooming ASAP and they were able to get me in the same day. They were friendly, professional and appeared to treat and give my little guy the same tender loving care they would have if he was one of their own. They really seem to care about the dogs they are grooming and it shows. My little guy turned out beautifully! They are competitively priced and w/some services below industry standard. I'm sure that everyone there is just as wonderful, but I highly recommend requesting Misty. She was very knowledgeable and kind towards our little guy.

I took my medium size dog to Care Bear's based on the other 2 reviews and the cheaper price and had a terrible experience. Not only were they over an hour late getting him done, they nicked both of his ears pretty bad and shaved him way too short. His butt looked ridiculous for weeks. He usually does great at the groomer, but left this place shaking. I won't go there again.

I have a super sweet black toy poodle named Speck. Short for Special :). In a time crunch, I took her to one of those big box places and they did a total chop job. Her top knot looked like weed whacked bed head. I called Care bears, luckily they said they could get me in that day. They fixed her top knot and she looked like a million bucks. Their shop was super cute and their prices were actually lower than the big places. They will be our permanent groomers for the future. Thank you Care Bears!

I have two large and one small dogs. I have taken them to many different places to be groomed but a few weeks ago I took them to Care Bear's. I couldn't believe the difference. Not only were they competitively priced, the shop was nice and the owner was wonderful. I recommend them to anyone. As a person who has dealt with numerous other shops, there really is a difference. Thanks Care Bear's.
