Provided by YP.comIf you want everything to be wiped out of your computer, use this Geek Squad. That is what they did to me. Several thousand photos... gone. Many many other priceless pieces of info. Also gone. I do not even recognize my computer it is so different. I am sick!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BEST BUY!!! DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY. DO not pay cash for anything at Best Buy!!! If you have to return anything over $250.00 you will have to wait for a check. They originally tell you it will only be few days though they are trained to tell you 5 to 7 days. When the check does not arrive in that time frame and you call the store to find where your check is they tell you to call corporate. Who then tells you they have to call the store. Wait didn't I just talk to the store? Then they tell you that the store didn't do something they were suppose to so no refund request was received. You talk to the store again who denies that. Saying they did do everything they were suppose but that you should have been told it would be 10 to 15 days to receive your refund. Plus an order I placed came in 4 days late. And then to top that off the Camera guy (James) I spoke to prior to placing that order was just plain rude. You know one of those people who doesn't listen to what you want from a camera but instead has decided that he knows what is best for you before he has bothered to hear you out. There is more I could write on the run around I received from this store but I will leave it at this. The results of the treatment I received from this store are that I will never make another purchase from Best Buy again. They don't offer anything there that you can't get else where. As a final note I would say that Management at this store needs to be fired and everyone else needs to be retrained. And Nick with corporate who took my call inquiring where my refund check was, whom I thought I would say nice things about left vague notes. Making my follow up call frustrating also needs to be retrained. Both times I had to speak with corporate regarding my check I had to hold for over 10 minutes each time. Nope! never shopping at Best Buy again.!2-27-13 I return camera equipment. Here it is 1-11-14 and I still don't have refund check. Neil from Best Buy just called me to say that my check had just been mailed. Spoke with him on 1-4-14 he said he would get back with in a few days. When he called today a week later he said he hadn't been in for a few days. SO, he told me he would call me in a few days when he knew he wouldn't be in for few days. I asked to speak with a supervisor. He but me on hold. Came back said there were no supervisors in the store. Called him on it. Called him a liar. He then admitted that was a supervisor in the store but they were with customers.DO NOT SHOP BEST BUY EVER! THEY LIE! THEY ARE RUDE! THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND! AND IT WILL TAKE THEM LONGER THAN IT SHOULD TO SEND YOU A REFUND CHECK!

Just got our TV from these guys. Good selection of products. Service was very good. The staff was very knowledgeable. Can't beat the 60 day price guarantee. They also match prices.
