I have been coming to Bicycle Village for many years. They have a great tech staff that many times will fix my bike while I wait. Their prices are reasonable & they have a terrific selection of bikes & accessories.

with all of the best bike trails converging nearby, very easy access, and very helpful/knowledgeable employees (especially in service dept.), I'll be a customer there for a long time.

It's awesome! i got my parts in no time!

I went in to get some shoes, a bike lock, tire pump,

Shopped there and tried the maintenance a half dozen times.

Paid list price for a kids bike, special order helment, new tires and so on.

Service was not great. Service after the sale was not that great.

Overall, treatment drove me away.



I don't have many stores that give me this experience.

Was surprised to read other reviews.

Get the idea that if you want to spend a lot of money on a competition bike, this might be the place.



My experience indicates something totally different.

I love coming here because it's close and the people here are very knowledgable, friendly, and helpfull

The staff is very knowledgable and takes the time to make sure that you get what you need.
