Provided by YP.comRecently had a flat tire due to a nail and went in to get it repaired. Said I needed a new tire and then said my tire sensor needed replacing because in the future in may not work. Said I didn't need the sensor other than for the light to go off. Light had been fine prior to that. Took a long time for them to change my tire, and then suspiciously the manager (who is friendly) came in to me and told me that they were having a "bad day discount" meaning to me that they did something to my tire, and discounted me about $30. Went home with the sensor light on, 2 weeks later that tire was flat again, this time with no nail. I returned to them and told them they did something wrong. Instead, told me I drove with the tire when it was flat (only drove it two blocks from my apartment) and said I would need to pay for a new tire and a new sensor, and that the tire leaked because I didn't get the sensor replaced "when I should have" two weeks prior. Said the valve stem connected to the sensor had rusted and that's why it leaked air. Miguel is one of their lower level managers, and I certainly don't trust him anymore. Tried to charge me $220. I argued with Miguel a long time, and tried to compromise with me after I finally told him I wasn't going to pay for anything until I spoke to his manager, especially about the suspicious discount I had received two weeks prior. He went and spoke to his manager and they agreed to pay for the tire but I would have to pay for the sensor, which I had been told on the first visit that I really didn't have to have, and which was never really broken in the first place. I agreed to pay this ($113) just so I could drive my car home without having to take my car to another dealer to get another tire. I left with a new tire, but again left with the tire sensor light on (but I can't blame the mechanic for this, because he worked diligently to try to fix this issue). Even the mechanic who had worked on my car told me that I had received a "raw deal" as I was getting in my car. Needless to say, despite the trustworthy mechani, I don't trust Mike Naughton Ford's Quicklane any more (esecially their low-level manager Miguel), and despite going there often for oil changes and other problems in the past, they have completely lost my business, and I urge others to find a more respectable and trustworthy mechanic.
