Just Horrible. I have never been a tenant but i toured these apts on 44th ave and tabor in wheat ridge and they are FOUL!

There were bugs everywhere, windows broken or missing, water flooding the laundry room, mailboxes broken into and left opened and damaged.

dog feces everywhere. disgusting stains in the sinks and tubs and on the floor that is clearly permanent and has needed to be replaced for years!



Who ever owns these apartments must not care about what they own. those poor people living there!

they couldnt pay me to live there!
