Well, I've never had Jason work on my house but I'm positive I never will either. Jason put in an offer on my house for sale and asked us to move out quickly (over Thanksgiving no less) due to his pregnant wife needing a comfortable place to rest. In spite of the holiday We proceeded to empty an 8,000 square foot home in two days to accommodate his request. However this less than trustworthy guy only never came up with earnest money to satisfy his contractual obligations set forth in his purchase offer. In spite of his repeated assurances that two ACH''s and a cashier's check would be delivered as earnest money, nothing was produced. We now need to restage our house.

I'm not sure if Jason is a charlatan or just an awful person for having a family jump through hoops over Thanksgiving. Nonetheless I would not let him anywhere near my house.
