this place is horrible not only are my nails messed up. the employees are even worse the so called assistant manager by the name of Barry & the store manager by the name of Kevin are horrible and very unprofessional they actually Sat there and both argued with me Barry argued with me in front of customers & when I called Kevin 2 get a refund on my nails he then proceeded to tell me that if you don't get out of my store I will call the cops..this place needs to be called into the better Bureau business & terminate both managers from their positions very unprofessional people they both are. I will never recommend this place or ever return truthfully I hope they get shut down. never have I ever received such poor service or ever ran across such rude & unprofessional people

NEVER GO! EVER!!!

I went for a french tip acrylic set and took my daughter for a manicure. They screwed her manicure up so bad that she had to have them take it off before we left AND they charged me for putting it on AND taking it off. My acrylic nails were UPSOLD to gel nails and they are awful. They have a bunch of air bubbles in them as well as random glitter! They were not shaped well either. Another thing that made me grumpy was the fact that they kept complaining in vietnamese about my daughters complaints while they were removing her manicure! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND NOW I HAVE TO GET BOTH OUR NAILS FIXED ELSEWHERE.
