im pretty picky about my cloths and this place really helped me with all my cloths and have been very friendly even tho i wasnt to friendly to start with but now i have been going here for 3 years now and will never go to another place

I took six clean shirts to this business and explained I need them pressed with medium starch. I was told it would be five days before I could pick them up. When I picked them up I was charged $24.70 and was told they had to be dry cleaned before pressing. These were inexpensive blended permanent press shirts. The shirts were not pressed very well with many wrinkles in the collar area, the sleeves and down the button flap area. I actually had to take them to a different cleaners to get them corrected. When trying to resolve the poor quality and extremely high pricing I was forced to talk to a very young (perhaps even a minor) pimple faced boy and he told me he could not make any adjustment and any problem had to be my error in explaining what I wanted. He futhermore told me to leave and take my business elsewhere, but still charged me the full $24.70 before he would release my items. Very poor, uncaring and unprofessional attitude and very rude.
