My wife and I stayed in Coyote Ranch for about 6 months while we search for a new home. We drove up from AZ and spent 19 hours straight to get there on time to grab the keys that night. We get the keys and begin moving in and realize how dirty the apartment really was. We contact the lady that checked us in and she told us they use an outside company to clean the apartments and that the company has been cleaning apartments poorly for them in the past. She apologized to us after the fact that my wife spent at least 6 hours cleaning the entire apartment. It was so bad that we had to throw the rags away after we were done.



We chose this place because they advertised that they had garages for us to rent. Coming from AZ, we really didn't want to be parking outside in the snow so we asked for a garage. They told us every garage is sold out and they put us on a waiting list. They told us the list is checked through weekly and the list moves quickly. Their idea of quickly differs greatly from mine. We were there for the entire 6 months and were never able to secure a garage. I checked in with them multiple times and their response overtime was "No garages yet but maybe next week". So we had to park in the uncovered parking which was a mess in and of itself. There would be multiple times every month where I would have to park in the adjacent parking lot 300 yards away.



And to top it off, Diana, the lady who checked us out decided to charge us a $40 cleaning fee to wipe up 3 food stains in the fridge and to pull out the washer/dryer to clean behind them which wasn't even on the move-out inspection. They even had the nerve to charge us $20 for a missing food tray in the fridge which was missing when we moved in. They didn't want to take the time to look at our move-in inspection sheet where we mentioned that missing food tray.



If you don't care about having to spend 6 hours cleaning before you can even move in, decent parking or getting charge ridiculous fees then this place is for you.

I found this on a site that advertises apartments for those with bad credit. This place denied my application, so I guess this would NOT be a place to go and spend $40 on an application only to be denied!
