I am a patient for over a year and think this is the most comfortable dental practice that I have ever been to. They care about your health first and very nice and explain everything in details about your treatment. Dr. Natalie is so gentle that whenever I'm getting a shot I never feel it, Definitely recommend this office.

Went there for emergency care. When I went back they tried to bully me in to getting more work done. Ask me to sign papers saying my daughter had work done but she had never been seen there. The doctor told me one thing but the person trying to get me to agree to more treatments wanted to charge me for extra things the doctor said did not need done.

My mother went to this office as recommended by 1-800-Dentist. She was looking for help with some missing upper teeth. She informed the Dr. that she wanted something that could be ready in less than 5 weeks, because I was getting a courage award through the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She let them know that she didn't want to embarrass me (I would never be embarrassed of her), and needed something for my awards dinner, as well as a documentary video the foundation was making, and wanted her to speak in. She let them know from the beginning how important this was. They could not come through, and after 3 attempts at making her a "Snap-On Smile" (the last of which was 2 months after original promise date), they informed us that because of the spacing and angle of her teeth, she was not a good candidate for the "Snap-On Smile" after all. The first attempt that they made for her looked like a pair of fake teeth one would buy from a gumball machine, and they didn't say a word to her, they let her leave with them. She went home and cried before calling me to have a look. I was absolutely appalled when I saw what they charged my mother $1000. for! I called them and we went back and forth trying to get them to work, before the office finally informed us that they won't work. My mother was subjected to many useless pokes with needles, not to mention time and energy spent. She was also charged $193. for a new patient exam and x-rays. 1-800-Dentist quoted her $130 for this, and Eagle Bend's own website has a new patient special for $45. Saul at this location hung up on me, and the doctor refused to talk to me regarding my concerns.
