Enterprise is a good company...this specific location is not. To start, they are up to the dated, old rental company tricks. Mainly non disclosure of fees. They charge airport fees which are not disclosed on website. They offer no airport service, ie shuttle. You are better off just renting from the airport. They offer pickup/drop off service, yet will not pick up from a hotel near airport, and I had to wait 45 minutes for a ride after drop off!I called the office about the additional charge and with a cavalier attitude, was told it was a mandated charge, the reservation was just an estimate and to do what I needed to do if I didn't like it. Once they have you needing your car at this out of the way location, they feel they got you at a severe disadvantage.There are plenty of good enterprise locations in Denver, stay away from these guys...I wish that I had. A note for superpages: they fraudulently state that they have airport pickup...even though the merchant verified they do not!! Just more of their shady dealing...beware.
