The place is dirty and the manger was unhelpful and attempted to screw me over with transfer and shipping fees. I won't shop there again

Provided by YP.comI am new to guns and they were very helpful in selecting an appropriate gun and offer appropriate lessons.
I have to say I was asking questions after questions and I still will be going back asking them more. I have so much to learn, but they were very helpful.

I started out at bass pro shop. looked at their prices and selection. they didn't have exactly what I wanted so I decided to keep looking. I checked my map and the Firing Line was on the way so I stopped they had what I wanted for about $100 cheaper. They were knowledgable and friendly. after all the paper work was done they even let me use the members side of the range to try it out. I was a good experience and I will be going back if I want anything else

Provided by YP.comThis place is so terrible it prompted me to write my first on line review! The only positive thing I can say is their selection is decent. The staff seem to range from fairly knowledgeable to completely incompetent. The range is outdated, overcrowded, and the ventilation is horrible.
Their ammunition and firearm prices are very high. These guys take advantage of their large selection and lack of local competitors by jacking the prices up on everything.
Unless you want to get ripped-off stay away from this place.

Has about the worst customer service that I've ever seen from a firearms dealer. Bought a gun here, had a problem and it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer, the British guy that works there wanted to charge me a transfer fee AND charge me shipping - he estimated the cost of his "service" to be about $80. I could understand shipping ($30) but a transfer fee was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. Especially since I bought the firearm there. I felt as if he didn't care about me as the customer - wanted me to just leave or charge me an extraordinarly excessive fee. Seemed lazy and unhelpful. Plus the place is prepetually dirty. Think twice about shopping there. I learned my lesson.
