I left a Samsung G4 cell phone at the Aurora location on Sunday, December 20, 2015 to have the broken screen repaired/replaced. I was told the part would be ordered and phone would be repaired in the next day or two. I then contacted the store on December 24, 2015, spoke to employee who stated phone was not repaired yet, would be fixed shortly and mailed back to me on Monday, December 28, 2015. I asked why it would not be shipped sooner, the employee told me that Friday, December 25, 2015, was Christmas. I asked why it could not be shipped on Saturday, December 26, 2015; the employee hemmed and hawed, stated he really did not know, that is just what the store manager told him. It is now Tuesday, December 29, 2015 and still NO PHONE!!! This has become a very aggravating and frustrating situation to say the least. It is safe to say that I will not recommend your business to friends or family.
