KAT has been such a wonderful experience! I started about 10 months ago hesitant to try something new because I am not a very coordinated person but, with patience and repetition I have become much more confident with my coordination! I have had such a wonderful time getting in shape physically and mentally through training. I have not only gained skills to participate within the sport but also to defend and protect myself out in the real world, which is something I value very much! The instructors have been so helpful, kind, and patient and they have pushed me to new levels of understanding of myself and what I am capable of! Overall it is a friendly, self-esteem boosting atmosphere and I highly recommend this place to people looking into trying something new that will help you in the real world as well as within the sport by: getting in shape, gaining self confidence,self defense,coordination, and meeting new friendly people! : )

This school is the best. The environment is very supportive and friendly, which means a lot to me being really uncoordinated and out of shape, aka it takes me longer to pick up things than most. The instructors are very knowledgeable. Tae Kwon Do in general is a fun and productive art to learn and if your thinking of joining a school to do it this one should be at the top of your list.
