Needed to get a loan on my '94 Seville twice this year. The 1st time, Ben helped me understand how the process of determining the resale value if I defaulted - which I understood and respected. The second time, all Ben needed to do was check for damage and record the mileage. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the check for the same amount I borrowed before.
