Despicable service especially for the price: I brought a designer black dress with pleads that were sorched and when I pointed out to the owner, he responded that it was a factory defect and that there was no way to press the dress without scorching it, a white linen shirt that turned out a peachy tint and I was told that I was basically color blind and lying, a silk designer harem pants that was pressed and the fabric was damaged because of it and a silk shirt that had water stains. The owner refused to take accountability for the poor service and was extremely rude and used a disrespectful and loud tone of voice and did not seem to know that you are supposed to steam fragile fabrics and not use a press or an iron. I was charged the full price ( about $200) and no apologies regrets were expressed. If my clothes were not high quality I would have obviously gone to the dollar cleaner. I certainly do not recommend this business.
