I took a safe in to be serviced. In each of my four visits to the shop I was poorly treated. The staff was extremely rude. They acted like they were doing me a favor. They never called when the work was done. I had to call them after a week of waiting. They damaged the safe door and the lock did not work correctly. I asked for the combination to be changed a second time because it had been compromised, and the owner (a very big guy) became abusive and unbelievably rude. I was actually in fear for my safety.
