Allison the managee is rude to the children especially when adults are not around and their coming for a field trip. A child went up with ny son to inform her of his money being eaten up by the machine and she yelled at him and did not refund him. My silon and his friend were asking her a question about the tickets and she walked away to another customer and told him ill serve you because i dont have time to be listening to them. I called to make a cimplaint and she would not patch me to her boss nor give me any information to get in touch with him. I then explain to her the behavior is not appropriate my son would not go to the desk without a adult because she was very snipey and rude she then became argumentive and said shec doesn't have time to be on the phone with me and hung up! I think if someone jnows who the owner is should post it up because for her being a manager she should of offered up the information or an apology.

Dirty, rude staff. Brought my day care, they got mad if KIDS went up more than once. Half of the machines don't work or had no tickets. They got mad if the kids went and let them know of this too. Will never take my own kids here. They should re stock everything before they open. Not wait for a large group to come.

Since the old management has left, the place has really improved! It's much more friendly and has a great variety of games for both young kids and adults.

The people who own this co. Don't know how to run it. They change Managment on average every 6 months. They finally got what seemed to be a very good manager in Mr. Adam Garcia but once again let him go for some reason. Now they have a very rude old lady running it. I give this place less than 6 months before they go under! This man Adam used to run the old Arvada store he knows alot about customer service they blew it! Call JJ at 303-962-4666 and voice your opinion.

I was very disappointed when I took my family to Nickel A Play. Many of the games were broken, it was dirty, and all around not a very fun place to be.
