Provided by YPmobileI placed an order last night after checking papa rick's website to see what the delivery fee was. The site said delivery was free to my address. I called the store to place an order.They said i was over 5 miles away and tacked on a $3 delivery fee. I checked GPS when i hung up and found I was well under 5 miles. I called back and canceled my order. They told me they didn't care, I was still wrong.
I checked my account later and saw that they had charged my card. I called and asked them to refund the money and was told I didn't get a refund since I didn't have a problem with the food (which was never delivered).
I was given a number to call to speak to the manager. It was a wrong number. I called the store today and asked to speak to the manager. The woman who answered the phone told me that there was no manager on duty and that she didn't know who the manager was. I suggested she ask someone. She said "okay" and hung up on me. I called back, had essentially the same conversation and was hung up on again. I called a third time and she explained to me that she didn't know the managers name because it was her first day on the job and she was there alone. Hung up.
I drove to the store. The woman I spoke with was there along with several other employees and a number of children wandering around the kitchen. She argued with me for several minutes, refusing to refund my money. She was exceptionally hard to understand. It didn't help that she and the other employees were smiling and obviously entertained by all of this. I didn't leave, so she finally gave me the number for the owner and said they would solve the problem. I called the owner from my cell phone in front of the store. Another wrong number. I walked back inside and told her the number was no good. She argued some more then picked up the phone and spoke to someone in another language for several minutes. She told me it was the owner and handed me the phone. The owner told me in an irritated tone that he was very sorry and my money had already been refunded to my card i just won't see it for several days. I pointed out that a lot of time and irritation could have avoided if Id been told that at the outset instead of being lied to, given fake numbers and generally treated like crap. I doubt that i spoke with the actual owner and i definitely don't trust these con artists to refund my money. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Its worth mentioning that if I'd known the store was as nasty and dirty as it is, I wouldn't have placed an order there to begin with.

Provided by YP.comI wish I had looked at some of the bad reviews of this place before giving them a try.
They are the worst! The massive menu and the looks of the place should give you a clue - although they make their lousy cardboard crust pizza on site, everything else is prepared commerically, nuked, and served by the rudest of staff and ownership.
I went in to get a refund, it was so bad - and was violently cursed out and threatened by a little goon/owner behind the counter, and refused a refund!!!
So, if you want to pay good money for bad food, and then be abused and threatened if you have the nerve to complain about it, this is the place for you.
