Provided by YP.comSo I cracked a tooth and went to perfect teeth(Buckley and Quincy) around the beginning of September. The Pakistani or Indian doctor determined that it would need extraction and gave me two options, go without it or get a bridge (never gave the option of an implant) since I do not know anything about dentists I went with the bridge. Had it extracted and the office and the dentist said the bridge would be made within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I didn't hear anything so I called up and the office lady said it should be in by next week. So, waited till the following Friday and still heard nothing. I called again and was told they needed to do the final impressions before the bridge was made? I expressed what was told to me by the dentist and the lady on the phone was the same woman who told me it would be there within 3 weeks, I then was talked down on like I didn't know what I was talking about, so I made the appointment just to be told my gums were not healed enough yet, and to come back in two weeks. I ordered my teeth to be bleached on the 1st appointment since I was going out of the country, and they did the moldings the 2nd appointment when they extracted the tooth. Since this was the third time I was there, the lady that did the moldings told me I could come in and get the bleaching molds the next time I was there. Well, turns out they didn't do anything with the molds and I could not even get that! Two weeks passed and I went in for the 4th time expecting to do the final impressions and get my bleach molds since I asked the office lady again if I could get them on my 4th visit and she said yes. I had told them when I was leaving for the Philippines on my 2nd visit, and it was a week away now, since I was leaving for 3 weeks the Pakistani dentist told me he could not do the final impressions since it would be too long until I got back in to get it seated, and would not let me get the bleaching molds since my teeth would be too sensitive (another wasted trip). Not thinking if it took 3 weeks to make, and I would be gone 3 weeks, it should have been perfect timing, but obviously they are not in the business of calculating things or helping their customers. At this point I was furious, I told them to send me to another office as they don't know what their left hand is doing from their right hand, and I would be credited the bleach and the molds.
When I got back,(mid December by this time), I went to the other office (Iliff and Chambers) I did the final impression and they never did find my molds from the other office, so I had to take another mold for the bleach. Again, was told it would be another 3 weeks until the bridge was built. Still no credit for the molds as I pre-paid everything. I ordered gold and had the pleasure of the staff acting like I robbed them for the price I was quoted and paid up front! I finally got my bridge in the 1st week of January, and got my bleach molds the 1st week of February, still have not been credited for the bleach molds, and what they gave me was opalescence bleach which you can buy online for cheap, and two of the bleach syringes were missing. I will NEVER go back to ANY of their offices period. If you value your time, like to avoid headaches, and want someone to treat you as a customer should be treated, DO NOT USE PERFECT TEETH!! They are not into helping you, they are about taking your money and wasting your time, not to mention treating you as if you are a child.

Provided by YP.comSo the first thing I will say is this review should be rated excellent, instead of good. Let me briefly explain why it's not. First off, the dental staff was fantastic. The woman who did my x-rays and dental work was fantastic. The woman on a second visit who did my cleaning was equally fantastic. Both of them were very personable and skilled, not at all what you expect from a dental visit. So why the low review? Well both times I went to Perfect teeth before any work was done I was shown a bill of what each item would cost me and what my insurance covered, which is how it should be. Both times before leaving I paid the amount owed for my bill. About a week later I received a bill saying I owed more money. What this actually showed was the insurance didn't pay them what they expected for the work done and instead of dealing with the insurance company they decided it would be easier to pawn the difference off on me. I threw that bill in the trash. It's not my job to pay what the insurance chooses to debate paying. It's their job to talk to the insurance company and settle the problem. To think I recommended the place to about five people after my experience there before I received this surprise.
