Horrible customer service. I was told my delivery would only be 20 minutes. After an hour, I called to check on my order and they told me it left a while ago and should be to my house soon. I waited another 40 minutes before I called back again. They left me on hold for 7 minutes and then stated that my pizza was already delivered. I told him it was NOT delivered. He said he could redo my order and they would deliver it in 45 minutes. I told him that I've already been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes and they should deliver my pizza quicker. He said nope, that they were too busy. (Wednesday night at 7:30pm?) I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. Wow!! I've never spoken to a manager that was so rude and inconsiderate. I asked for his managers name to which he stated it is Shawna, I'll be paying her a visit in the morning. I called Dominos and had my pizza in 25 minutes!! I will not be back to Pizza Hut.

I had a pizza delivered with an expired open packed of "ginger boom boom" I called and spoke to supervisor, Adrian because Brian was busy. They informed me their policy is for ME to return the pizza to them for a refund. I already paid for delivery. What kind of customer service is this?!? You use expired sauce packets? Just gross! Will never use them again! Poor customer service! You made the mistake, you should make it right!
