I had a very small amount of money taken from my apartment, an amount so small you wouldn't notice it was missing...except one thing...the money belonged to my child, so, he knew it was missing. When I called to inform management, I was informed that I, the attorney, was lying on the serviceman. Management wouldn't even investigate. Prior to this, my only complaints were the extremely large potholes in the parking lot, the dog poop all over the place and the extremely ghetto neighbors. I also had maintenance come in to replace a bulb cover, the one that goes over my GLASS dining room table - they fixed it so well that it fell from the fixture hitting the glass table and shattering where my son was eating. The staff are unprofessional. The shrubbery where I live is rarely cut down so i have to use a flash light at night to make sure there is no one hiding in the bushes. Parking used to be ok, recently, i have had to park on the street if I get in after 8 or 9pm. The fitness center photographs well, but, there is only a treadmill and a squeaky elliptical machine. I would continue to live here...at gun point. You couldn't pay me to continue to live in this wretched place any longer than I have to. Oh, and did i mention we have two laundry rooms to service the what 400+ tenants...and the bright management staff had the great idea to shut one of those laundry rooms down for several months.
