I enjoy working with Individuals, families, couples, women and girls who have a history of sexual abuse or sex trafficking, and parents of children with disabilities. Other areas that I work with is depression, anxiety, emotional abuse, grief and loss, sex addiction, sexual health and wellness, and anger management. I use a collaborative approach to therapy, believing that what you know does not matter until trust is built. This allows for meeting a client where they are at, building a close relationship, working on taking responsibility for the clients here and now, and moving on. I believe that a huge impact is made in the client/therapist relationship when there is communication, honesty and responsibility.
