I had a really good experience here

I've been going to Windsor Dental since 2006. I love the office staff, and my dentist, Dr. Frisch. I couldn't be happier. I will always be a lifetime patient at this office.

The insurance folk here are either incompetent, unethical, or dishonest. Maybe all three. After being assured that they accepted my insurance and the recommended dental procedures would be covered AND what my cost would be, I proceeded with getting my teeth worked on. Only later was I advised that they were in error and my insurance would NOT cover their services. They not only would not work out a reduced charge (which I argued was justified due to their error) they increased the charge since it was not being paid by an insurance company but by a private party. They argued they had made NO errors, the fault was all mine.
