Adrienne Pacheco was a pleasure to work with! We told her our budget and requirements, and she found the perfect car for us. Adrienne was professional but never pushy, she made the entire car buying process stress free. Also, Adrienne's knowledge about her products is enormous. You can tell that marketing vehicles is her passion. I really don't like looking for a car. But the experience at Shortline Kia changed my mind due to our salesperson Adrienne Pacheco. She went above and beyound what I normally experience when dealing with car salesman. I told her want I wanted and the cost I was willing to spend and told her if she couldn't give me what I wanted just be straight with me. Not only did she find a vehicle for me but I got an outstanding deal for my Hundai Elantra. I give her all 10's for her friendly and professional manner. The best experience ever

I bought my Suzuki Kizashi from Dave Britton at Shortline. I love my new car. It is the best car I have ever owned. Dave Britton and Markiest Thomas (the Finance Manager) worked really hard to get the car ready and the paperwork done in a short time frame because my time was limited because I had a dentist appointment. Dave even ran across the showroom a few times to make sure they met the time schedule. I knew when Dave told me he owned a Kizashi that he wouldn't steer me in the wrong direction. Visit Shortline and ask for Dave Britton and test drive a Kizashi. You won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased a 2012 KIA Soul from Attila Szabo after test-driving several vehicles from dealers in Oregon and the Denver area. I went in to look at the Forte, which I had as a rental car recently. Attila listened to me, showed me all of my options at Kia, along with options at Shortlines other dealerships, and he suggested I try the Soul. He knows all of the features and options and shared his knowledge in a friendly, non-pushy matter. He is one of the best salesmen I have ever talked with. I went to other Kia dealers just to make sure I was getting what I wanted, and I came back because Attila was great to work with. I suggest asking for Attila if you go to Shortline.

My sales consultant Dave Britton and his honesty are what led me to buy from Shortline Subaru. When I started to look for a new Legacy I contacted three dealerships in the Denver area. He was by far the most responsive, upfront, and professional consultant of the Subaru dealerships I contacted. He is why I would recommend Shortline Subaru to my family and friends. I found my vehicle purchase experience at Shortline Hyundai to be a one that I would not experiencing again when it is time to make another vehicle purchase. Shay Arami found the vehicle I was looking for and gave me a price I was comfortable with. Once I decided to make the purchase the paperwork was completed quickly and Shay even delivered the vehicle to my home.

If an awesome place to buy a car exists, it's Shortline (Hyundai.) I called about a used Tuscon. We went in to see it, and decided it was "the car." Dave Britton (our sales person) was knowledgeable, patient, and NOT pushy. He told us all about the car and our options for purchasing without seeming "sales-y" at all! He negotiated a great price for us, but the best part is that he was able to get me financed with my sub-par credit all on my own!!! I didn't think this was possible, as my grandfather had co-signed on my last vehicle purchase. They did NOT make me feel bad about my bad credit, they made me feel proud that I could do this on my own! I can't tell you how awesome that felt after being treated badly by other dealers! Deb Salisbury and Shortline Automotive (Subaru) get my highest rating. I used my Credit Union web site to solicit quotes from three preferred Subaru dealerships in the Colorado Springs/Denver area on a 2011 Subaru Forester Limited. All three dealerships replied claiming to have the model I wanted but on discussing the information with the dealerships only Shortline had the vehicle I wanted at the price guaranteed by the credit union. In fact the largest Subaru dealership in Colorado Springs took the guaranteed price by the credit union and added $1,000 and then low balled my trade-ins resulting in a sour experience. The ONLY person to write back and address exactly what I was looking for was Deb Salisbury from Shortline Subaru. I highly recommend Deb Salisbury and Shortline Automotive (Subaru), they are the best!

We happened by Shortline while out shopping for a car for my wife. Trevor was the sales person that helped us. If you have ever bought a car at a dealership, you know how some of these sales people can be. Trevor was awesome, though. He actually listened to what we said, and made suggestions that made sense for us. It is so tiresome when sales people try to push you in a direction to spend more money, but that wasn?t Trevor. The best part is that, when we decided we liked the car, I asked about trading mine in, too. The sales manager, Bobby, gave me a very fair deal on my trade, and we left with two cars. I love my new Hyundai. I worked with a younger guy named Phillip, I was surprised how much information he contaned about the diffrent models Hyundai offered. At first I was interested in the Sonata Hybryd. Untill . After an hour of talking and test driving I decided on the Veloster what a great car. Thanks Phil for all your hard work.

After looking at many cars in many dealerships the last two months, my husband and I found our way over to Shortline Hyundai. There we met Trevor Roginson. What a buying experience! He was very knowledgable, accommodating and patient. He didn't hassle or push us to buy that day but gave us all the information and more to help us in our decision. He worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted, stayed late, closed up by himself, and went through the inside of the car and the manual before sending us off. I had been looking for a new car for about a month. Needless to say, as soon as you ask for an internet quote, you get bombarded with emails and calls daily.
