Alex Burke-Whetstine is the main reason why you should stay away. She is very aggressive, looks for anyway to make you pay for items. I had a disagreement with her. She called her GM and made up stories of what was discussed. Not only that, don’t get on her wrong side cause she’ll leave fake 1 star reviews.

We were her clients and for her to dig up my biz name to only post fake reviews shows the level of professionalism from her.

I have been in the unfortunate position of having worked with Alex, the manager for the E. Colfax location in Aurora CO. I have seen and heard things that have made me choose anonymity for this complaint. Alex herself has tazed, maced, bullied and used other forms of violence and intimidation to get people to see things her way on more than one occasion. This is not standard professional conduct, this is full on assault and to complain about it is to risk my livelihood.
I have witnessed drug deals and use by Alex while on company property, so during company time goes without saying.
I am posting this as a true accounting as she has also had people post falsely to keep her 5 star rating intact online.
I have spoken to others who have done something to irritate Alex only to find that their wages that had been paid were suddenly being returned to Trojan Labor for any variety of reasons. This is outright retaliation and bordering on slavery. Meanwhile, others who are her “buddy” have been paid for things like driving without having worked at all.
I truly believe she gets away with this behavior because I imagine the Aurora Trojan Labor makes a great deal of money. I believe it could make a great deal more money if it were not for Alex being in charge as that is the primary reason I will no long work with of for Trojan Labor and am only one of many who refuse to deal with Alex any further. The drama and unprofessionalism is just not worth dealing with.
