Wow. Worst post office I've ever dealt with. We moved from Florida to Aurora a month ago and I forwarded our mail a month ago. So far we've only gotten a couple pieces of forwarded mail and I've called numerous times on a couple packages I was supposed to receive a month ago. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just talked to a man at the local post office, who first of all told me he knew nothing about it even though I've called USPS many times and they have sent "case numbers" to this local post office and then when I questioned why my package said it was out for delivery over a week ago yet he has no idea where it is he very rudely said "Didn't you just hear what I said?" I mean, yes, I'm not new to government workers but I am very unexcited that this is our new post office. Will we always have mail problems?? A word of advice...don't move anywhere close to this post office!

Sorry workers keep putting mail in wrong box&deliver prescription to apt door& leave card to go [email protected] & saw truck& worker yesterday& he never came to my door.now we have to find a way to gateway on Rtd.Lazy workers

Terrible service here! Carrier crashed into our condo! Donna is rude and unprofessional! Beware!



Definition of "going postal"!

We are a company located in the Gateway Post Office jurisdiction. The service is sporadic, the staff unhappy and unpleasant most of the time and if one has the misfortune to need personal service, the lines can stretch through the lobby and out the door. I hate this place!!!!!!!!!
