Our company initially signed up with "Webesy" back in June of 2016. Their representative Dan Svejintsev was the point of contact, who promised marketing services and website built/support services along with Money back guarantee. Everything sounded very appealing, but...
We decided to give it a try - paid monthly fee of 299.95 and signed up for services. Once everything was paid, we would expect tight communications as of what when and where, how and so on. While we did get an acknowledgement emails but thats about it. So after 1st month has passed by, we called Dan S. and he apologized and said that everything will be taken care of ASAP. So we waited... another month has passed by, nothing changed, but we got billed for it, then another month... Meanwhile we could not get a hold of a Dan or anyone else to solve problems, but we were getting billed... Then in mid September, Dan called us back and arranged communication with developer team who, then did, get a basic website up and running in a week or so, Then another week of fine tune and that was the end of September, Then we got billed again for the following month... Nobody told us when marketing or SEO was started, where is the start point and what's the progress. We have stopped all our other Marketing/SEO to see how good Webesy at it and we did that twice - once we have signed up, but then had to restart everything, because we were losing business - call volume significantly dropped as well as SEO rating) and then another time, once we have cancelled subscription at the end of October. Apparently their marketing started somewhere in October, but it was not significant enough to get us the call volume we had before. We tried contacting Dan to see if we can get credit for the first 3 months at least, without any luck, then we have emailed developer contacts - no result. So here we are. PROMISED SERVICES WERE NEVER DELIVERED, money back guarantee turned out to be a plain LEMON and GIMMICK. STAY AWAY!

WEBESY is a RIP OFF!!!!
I signed up for the Silver Package and received nothing for the first 3 months, which they admitted too so they gave me a free upgrade to the Platinum package and did nothing for 4 more months. I have disputed charges with AMEX because they wouldn't stop charging my card after repeatedly asking for refunds!

DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!

I signed up with Websey's "Silver Plan" for $99.95. Per my condition with signing up with them, a modification was added to the contract that prohibited them from automatically charging my card. No charges were to be made without my consent. They then proceeded to charge my card twice despite my telling them they could not.

When I told them that I had not seen any increased traffic to my site, they stated that their Google reports said different. I know this to be an outright lie as I can monitor traffic with my web host. After I pointed this out to them, they apologized, claimed that I “fell through the cracks” and that they would remedy the issue right away. To date they have still done absolutely nothing and have not refunded my money.

They did not live up to any of their promises and will not honor their money-back guarantee. So far, Websey has taken close to $300 from me with no ROI as promised.

This company’s practice seems to be to lead you on and keep you filled with hope that they can drive tons of customers to your site. They then do not deliver on their claims and will not return your calls. Save yourself the time, money and hassle.

Great company! I joined Webesy about 4 months ago and started with the gold package. My company has received a increase in sales and we had a few reviews that were not up to our satisfaction and Webesy was able to help us with our online reputation. If you want my opinion Webesy is the online company you should do business with, they take care of my hosting, SEO, built my website added me to the Webesy directory all for a fraction of the price of any other company not to mention the results are amazing give these guys a shot you will be impressed.
