First I will say she is a very empathetic and well meaning nurse practitioner initally in 2005. However her disorganization caused me to have a bill that I believe is an error. Her office kept stating that I owed a growing bill but SHE kept assuring me that I did not.



She was almost impossible to reach by phone or fax back in 2005 and her voice mail is full and the fax does not answer NOW in 2012.



The collection agency she has representing her (Alpine Credit) said in response to a letter of mine: "Finally, Wendy assigned your account for collection and will not communicate with you. Apparently she thinks you owe the debt contrary to what you may believe."



Not what I would expect from someone who is in the healing industry, especially given her specialization.
