I have never been so horrified with my experience today.. I was told they would try and get me in to have surgery to have my complex cyst removed when I called to find out what was going on I was told. "We are sorry you should have been seen by a doctor not a nurse I am not sure who scheduled you". We can't get you surgery until at least end of month and you need to come back and be actually seen by a physician". No apology the woman said I am not sure who scheduled this but it wasn't me so not my fault. HORRIBLE FACILITY
